An annexe was being built, separate from the house, to add accommodation, games room and changing facilities for an existing swimming pool.

The client accepted modern lights with some consideration for efficiency.

Extensive dimming was required but not a dimming system.

The large, high, main space suited 240 volt linear tungsten halogen uplights on walls and cross beams.

The kitchen space was served by a suspended up/downlight with electronic high frequency fluorescent. Large pendant over dining table. Other rooms and corridors with recessed 12 volt downlights. Remaining areas, including the garage, with linear and compact fluorescent.

Part ‘L’, aesthetics and budget met.
